Since my first observations of Trent not following up on the many leads we’ve generated using direct mail, to the mastermind we held, with those we were sending direct mail out for admitting to neglecting 100′s of leads because they had no real system, I’ve known that follow up was the key to breaking through to the next level…not just for Trent or agents investing thousands in direct mail, but for ANY agent who is failing to follow up with EVERY lead until they list or cry uncle.
You may not realize this, but the version of Fix The Funnel that you’ll be enjoying starting today is actually version 3.0! The first was a version I built for Trent only, but it required too much set up on Trent’s part, so he never really used it.
So we took several months and pulled what was good in that first attempt and made FixTheFunnel (that was version 2). Since the day we launched FTF we have carefully monitored how users were using it and taking careful notes of what wasn’t working for Trent and them.

What is live today has pulled in all that we’ve learned from working with the software in house and the agents who have been using it.
While this version represents a HUGE step forward in automated follow up (In fact, there is NO other software, web app or the like that combines the automation and PERSONALIZATION, that this update contains, anywhere in the world!), Trent still was able to have 3 clients beg to have their properties listed, after Trent had already forgotten about them, using the previous version of Fix The Funnel.
How did this happen?
The campaigns Trent dropped them in after talking with them on the phone and seeing that they clearly were not ready to list, cultivated them as leads to the point that they were emailing and calling Trent begging him to list their home.
