Foreclosures still on the rise in San Diego

Monday, September 17, 2007 04:23 PM

"San Diego's distressed-property market grew substantially larger last month as mortgage defaults topped the 2,000 mark for the first time and foreclosures hit a record that was more than six times what they were a year ago."
Union Tribune September 13th 2007

There are more than enough people in San Diego alone that need help now and fast!

Back in April 2007 I wrote an article on my personal blog about an article talking about the records hit in San Diego of new foreclosures back then. It's an ugly thing to watch. There are families out there in way over their head and the need help from competent experts who can close short sales fast and keep them out of foreclosure.

If you've attended one of our free seminars then you know the truth about foreclosure and what it really means to your clients. You also know that bankruptcy as it is currently defined by bankruptcy law isn't a viable option for your clients. You have to have a proven system for approaching short sales that has been seasoned by experts inside and out of the banks.

The real question for any real estate agent is: Am I competent to help my clients and potential clients that are in need of a short sale or will I cause them to enter into foreclosure shutting the door on a potential future of servicing that client? Belive me, I've talked with more than a few agents that admit they feel so bad that they messed up their client's short sale that they won't call them back.

Please, for the sake of your clients, don't 'try' to do a short sale if you have not first educated yourself on the in's and out's. At the very least join us for our next free seminar in your area so you'll be better prepared to server your clients with the highest level of expertise.

Thanks so much! finally someone that gets down to the nitty gritty! You were worth my $300 roundtrip ticket. I wish I would have met you before I spent over 3k (ouch!) on a foreclosure seminar that was not worth it. Thanks! Adda

Thanks for the info. How does a cash buyer get more information of how to purchase? When is the next event?

Is this a seminar to get me to buy another training package, just to wet my interest?

Jaribu - The event schedule is updated weekly. If you'd like to invest in further training from us please contact us using the form in the left hand column. Diana- The free training we offer is unlike any other training you'll go to. Many agents call it the Last Training for short sales, because after attending it you will know what 99% of all agents out there couldn't even dream of knowing...what the bank is really thinking. We've been told many times that we could charge several hundred dollars just for the free training we provide. However, in complete answer to your question, we do offer a system for closing short sales in record time along with some tools that have taken many agents from broke to their best year ever in months. So come for the free training that is worth hundreds and invest in a system if it makes sense to you.
