Return Policy
It's really quite simple. We will refund 100% of the system purchase price less shipping and handling (if applicable) within 10 business days of receipt of the manual in it's original form so long as the materials are returned within 90 days of purchase.

Membership Fees:
Membership fees are not refundable. However, there is no obligation to continue membership with us, so you may cancel at any time and no future charges will be made to your payment method.
Disputes:
We're in business to help the highest number of agents learn to close short sales quickly and as a result help a lot of people while making a fantastic income for themselves. If you don't get it and need to do something different, more power to you. We pride ourselves in being honest with everyone we do business with. If you think we messed up, let us know and we'll do what we can to make it right. We're just real people like you who are doing our best to serve others.

Remember, returns received within 90 days of purchase will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
If you return a manual after the 90 days you won't receive a refund and will have to pay shipping to have it re-sent to you, so please be mindful of the time.
Damaged materials won't be refunded in full and any credit given will be at our discretion.
NOTE: Individuals taking advantage of the three payment plan that have not paid as agreed do not qualify for the 90 day money back guarantee.
