The Missing Link to Real Estate Success

Have you ever wondered what the missing link is to make it so you can go from where your production is in your real estate business to where you know it could be?

Many agents I talk to have sadly “given up” and have decided to accept that where they are is as good as it can be. I hope you haven’t given up on you and what YOU can do.

The reason I bring this up is because I had a great week last week and as is usually the case when I have a good week, I also had an epiphany. I was hanging out with some of the top agents in the US and we were talking about how we can improve our businesses when it suddenly hit me… in the midst of all of them it became obvious to me what the “missing link” was. The reason why MOST agents are struggling (just take a look at the stats, the average agent makes about the same as a school teacher, who we know are underpaid in most States).

As I was there, talking about business, hanging out and eating with these super successful agents, there was one thing that I noticed that we ALL had in common and what I see as “THE MISSING LINK” to short sales. The best part is… it wasn’t something genetic and each one of them had to “learn” in the same way.
